Weekly Check-In Calls
Clients will have 11 weekly check-in calls (after the overview call) to review progress, discuss obstacles, and find solutions for situations that they encounter
Mindset and Content Videos
Each week, you will be emailed mindset videos to help combat uncertainty and help fuel your excitement about preparing your own meals, plus videos about kitchen tools, transporting your meals, and more
Weekly Meal Planner
Clients receive a PDF of the weekly meal planner that will be used during the course
Weekly Shopping List
Clients will receive a copy of the weekly shopping list, so that the usually burdensome task of grocery shopping will not be such a pain.
Guide to Eating Healthy
Clients will receive a helper list that contains foods that are beneficial to the nighttime eating plan, and foods that will cause them to fail
Meal Storage/Transport/Preparation Containers
Clients will receive meal storage/transport containers and meal prep containers, delivered to their door
