Redesigning Your 2019

Happy New Year!

Today has been a wonderful day of quiet reflection and business rebooting. I have also been reaching out and having productive conversations with people ready to tackle their fitness and nutrition this year. Plus a nap when I got sleepy and a few games of “Words with Friends” with my mama. It has been really fun.

I will say that 2018 was a very trying year for me, both personally and professionally. I had to sacrifice a TON of things, and I felt that I had lost myself in the mix. As you see, it has been a while since I wrote my last entry, even though I had much to share.

I am thankful for the lessons of 2018, and ready for the blessings of 2019.

Redesigning the new year starts with a change in your mind. You have to decide that what you want to see in your life truly matters. It has to be something you are willing to surrender to, something that will keep you moving forward every day. And you can’t let people or circumstances keep you from what you have decided to make reality (because they will try do snatch your dream away – believe that).

But changing your mind won’t do ANYTHING unless you are taking actions toward what you want. In order to redesign your year, you have to do something. Taking baby steps are just fine, as long as steps are being taken every day.
