You’ve Got It – Now Go And Do It!

I see you. You are such a pro at gathering information.


  • You have books (both free and paid) to help you combat your high blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and share the power of unprocessed foods.
  • You’re a member of at least 25 email lists that flood your inbox daily about how to take care of yourself with food and fitness.
  • You can proudly show off a collection of healthy recipe books to your family and friends when they come over.
  • You have the printouts & brochures that came straight from your doctor’s office.


All that info (which could probably fill up one wing of a presidential library) won’t do you any amount of good, though. Unless…you take action on it.

Don’t get me wrong – having the recipes, the encouragement and inspiration, and even the detailed step by step instructions  – is excellent. But what are you doing with the information that you’re collecting?

Are you MAKING the kale and strawberry salad for dinner?

Are you actually grabbing nuts instead of candy when that 2:30 slump hits you like a ton of bricks?

Are you WALKING with your family in the mornings?

Are you drinking enough pure WATER and avoiding the sweetened drinks?


It is time to take a break from getting the knowledge. Move into the habit of applying everything you are learning from reading and listening, and watch your whole world change for the better!
